The above figures relate to expenses incurred for Mr. Côté's presence at a press conference in Toronto in October and at the Strategic Forum of Toronto in November, his participation at the employee celebrations held in Winnipeg, Edmonton and Vancouver in November, as well as his participation in the Union internationale des chemins de fer meeting in Paris, France in December. Mr. Côté is a member of the Executive Board.

The above figures relate to expenses incurred for Mr. Côté’s presence at Canada Day in Ottawa, his participation at the employee celebrations held in Halifax in July, and the Board of Directors’ meeting held in Halifax in September. Hospitality expenses include a business lunch.

The above figures relate to expenses incurred for Mr. Côté's participation in various meetings in Ottawa and Toronto through April and May, his participation as a speaker at the Moncton Chamber of Commerce in April, his participation in several meetings with employees in Toronto and Halifax in April, his participation in Ottawa in the announcement of the Memorandum of Understanding between Transport Canada, Environment Canada and the Railway Association of Canada, his presence at the EnviroExpo launch in Truro in May, his participation in the Board of Directors meeting held in London, Ontario in June, as well as his participation in the Union internationale des chemins de fer meeting in Moscow, Russia in June. Mr. Côté is a member of its Executive Board. Hospitality expenses include various business lunches and dinners.

The above figures relate to expenses incurred for Mr. Côté's participation at the Snow Train Express launch in January, a meeting in Toronto with the Chairman, to Mr. Côté's participation to the International Strategic Forum of Toronto in February, as well as his participation of the Union internationale des chemins de fer Executive Board & Global Rail Freight Conference in New Delhi, India in March. Hospitality expenses include various business dinners and a meal with 16 employees, winners of a contest.
