VIA Rail proudly supports the Canadian military, veterans and their families through recruitment, travel offers and community events.

VIA Rail was pleased to be taking part in the WE Day Youth Leadership Conference by transporting the next generation of leaders.

VIA Rail and the winter Carnaval make the perfect pair! Festival-goers had a blast in the lounge car of the Québec City-bound VIA Rail train.

By inviting Katimavik Volunteers to travel with VIA Rail, we allowed them to discover the country and help them find their place as community leaders and agents of change.

VIA Rail was proud to once again sponsor the National Youth Orchestra by transporting its members to five cities in the Canadian leg of their 2019 TD Odyssey Tour.

For Black History Month, VIA Rail transported 200 students from diverse cultural communities to Parliament Hill for a trip on the theme of "Generations of keeping Canadians healthy".

Both VIA Rail passengers and hundreds of festival-goers eagerly await the cowboy "hold up" of our two special trains at this year's St-Tite Festival, for which VIA Rail was a partner. Yee-haw!

VIA Rail was happy to offer free transportation of bikes for adventurous cyclists who crossed Lac Saint-Jean at this event.

Artists on board Program
We give local artists the opportunity to perform on board, creating a unique experience for passengers.
